Urojo with badhia, kachori, kasava crisp, potato, spicy coconut chutney and tamarind sauce

Main Course
Swahili Mix, Pilau rice, Swahili beef, Vegetable curry, Mchicha (spinach) and Kachumbari (mixed green salad)

Dumplings, Fruit salad enhanced with Unguja Vanilla
